Planning
We were contacted by a company that is a major player in the renewable energy market. During our first meeting, they told us they were looking for a teambuilding that would align closely with their company culture.
What they asked for

After an extensive brainstorm session, we proposed the following:

Practical
Once they approved, we sent a detailed planning document with all the information. Just before the event, we had a short briefing to finalise the programme. On the day itself, we were on-site to manage everything, from decoration and setup to coordination and communication.
